Province of Heredia
Located to little distance of the San Jose capital, the exuberant and glorious province of Heredia are one of the most beautiful provinces of Costa Rica. Well-known by its green hills full of coffee plantations and their volcanic national parks. This mountainous region also has dense tropical forests, wonderful waterfalls and uproarious rivers, that make of this place the ideal destiny, for that enjoy the nature.

The capital of the province shares the same name of the capital and is located to single 10 km to the north of the San Jose capital.
